Aims and Scope

Open Access Pub launches the Open Peer-Reviewed Journal- Journal of Advanced Pharmaceutical Science And Technology, JAPST, 2328-0182

The journal aims to cover the latest outstanding developments and research being done in the world, thus ensuring its scientific priority and significance in the field of Pharmaceutical Science and Technology. Papers that are multidisciplinary or address new or emerging areas of Pharmaceutical Science and Technology are particularly encouraged. Thus, the scope is dynamic.

We expect the field to grow beyond the subjects listed below and hope that the Journal of Advanced Pharmaceutical Science and Technology will keep pace with this growth. Therefore, please do not hesitate to contact the editorial office if you are in doubt as to whether your work falls within the scope of the Journal of Advanced Pharmaceutical Science and Technology.

The journal aims to be the voice of the worldwide Pharmaceutical community. Its scope is broad, encompassing the entire range. Highlight topics, related to manufacturing processes and quality control, are also welcomed.

Pharmaceutical science and Technology welcomes contributions from the following research areas but not limited to the following branches :

Drug discovery and development: Research on the identification and characterization of new chemical entities, as well as the optimization and testing of drug candidates. This may include the use of computational and experimental approaches to design and synthesize new compounds, as well as the assessment of their biological activity and potential for therapeutic use.

Drug delivery systems: Investigations into the design and development of systems and technologies for the targeted and controlled release of drugs, including nanocarriers, liposomes, and microspheres. This may include the use of advanced materials, such as polymers and nanoparticles, as well as the optimization of drug release profiles and the development of in vitro and in vivo models to evaluate drug delivery systems.

Formulation and manufacturing: Studies on the development of stable and reproducible dosage forms, as well as the optimization of manufacturing processes and quality control measures. This may include the use of advanced analytical techniques, such as spectroscopy and imaging, to characterize the physical and chemical properties of drugs and dosage forms, as well as the development of process analytical technology (PAT) approaches to monitor and control the manufacturing process.

Pharmaceutics and pharmacokinetics: Research on the physical and chemical properties of drugs, as well as their absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion in the body. This may include the use of advanced analytical techniques, such as mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance, to characterize the biopharmaceutical properties of drugs, as well as the development of pharmacokinetic models to predict the in vivo behavior of drugs.

Regulatory affairs: Investigations into the regulatory framework and requirements for the approval and marketing of pharmaceutical products. This may include research on the submission and review process for new drug applications, as well as the development of strategies to facilitate the approval and marketing of innovative therapies.
