A journal reviewer must follow guidelines for selecting and accepting papers. Experienced researchers and academics likely already understand and follow these guidelines, but they can be helpful for new reviewers.

• Please provide an unbiased review. Revisions can be made until desired quality is achieved. Reject manuscripts outside the journal's scope. Clearly state reasons for rejection and suggest further action if needed (e.g. language editing for improper language, etc.). Maintain language quality for global understanding.

Ethical Obligations
 

1. Reviewers should evaluate all manuscripts impartially, based solely on their merits, and without any consideration of the author's race, religion, nationality, sex, seniority, or institutional affiliation.The reviewer should promptly and carefully evaluate submitted manuscripts. The editor has the final decision on whether to accept or reject a manuscript.Reviewers must keep information about a manuscript confidential, except when seeking professional advice. The editor may reveal the titles and authors of accepted papers after a decision has been made.Respect authors' intellectual independence.

2. The author-editor reviewing their own manuscript would be a conflict of interest.Reviewers should not use unpublished information or interpretations from a submitted manuscript in their own research without the author's consent.If a manuscript creates a conflict of interest for the reviewer, the editor should assign another qualified person to handle it.Author can ask editor to exclude specific reviewers for their manuscript.
