Aims And Scope

Journal of Endocrinology and Hormones (JEH) is an open access journal devoted to understanding and improving the health and well-being of individuals and communities in relation to endocrinology and hormones from molecular, cellular, and organism perspectives. The journal's scope encompasses a wide array of topics in this field, including research on endocrine systems, hormones and hormones receptors, endocrine physiology and biochemistry, endocrine pathophysiology, and its clinical aspects, treatment and prevention, and the implications of the structure, function, and regulation of hormones for human health. 

We aim to publish the latest research studies and reviews on subjects related to endocrinology and hormones including investigative studies, clinical trials, epidemiologic studies, and other topics related to the field. We invite contributions from authors around the world who bring together various disciplines to understand the relationship between endocrinology and hormones, and their applications in clinical diagnostics, therapy, and disease management. The scope of the journal includes a wide variety of topics related to endocrinologies such as clinical endocrinology, metabolic hormones, reproductive hormones, metabolic diseases, genetic disorders, cancers, diabetes, and obesity. 

The journal focuses on numerous topics including general endocrinology, adrenal and pituitary endocrinology, thyroid endocrinology, diabetes research, reproduction endocrinology, neuroendocrinology, pediatric endocrinology, sex hormones and their derivatives, hormone aging, and neuroendocrinology among others, and focused on topics related to the research, diagnosis, and management of endocrine organs and tissues as well as hormones and their receptors. Additionally, topics related to the diagnosis, treatment, and management of diseases involving hormone-secreting organs such as the pituitary, thyroid, pancreas, and ovaries are included in the scope of this journal.

The primary aim of the journal is to provide an open platform to researchers, clinicians, and students interested in endocrinology and hormones. The journal strives to provide a comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach to the field by publishing high-quality research that is both timely and relevant. The journal promotes research and informed discussions of endocrinology, hormones, and hormone-related diseases and disorders. The scope of the journal is broad, and the subject matter covered includes, but is not limited to, basic and clinical research on reproductive endocrinology, endocrine pathophysiology, endocrine diagnostics, endocrine therapeutics, endocrine epidemiology, endocrine neoplasia, endocrine toxicology. Authors should also consider submitting manuscripts related to the hormonal regulation of other diseases, such as cardiovascular disease and metabolic syndrome.

JEH aims to provide a comprehensive platform for the dissemination of research on endocrinology and hormones-related topics. The journal aims to provide timely and relevant information to its readers and to promote the progress of biochemistry, physiology, nutrition, medicine, veterinary medicine, pharmacology, and toxicology. Articles in JEH cover the latest research, reviews, and meta-analyses in the field.
